Cracked window rear passenger

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have the same problem. Last Thursday my GCL stand on driveway and window cracked. No signs of rock hit. Only internal layers cracked. One dealer refuse to repair on guarantee, another says that they don't repair windows. What can I do with this?

That’s a new one. I guess take to dealer, but they will likely tell you to file an insurance claim.

If it was a different situation on market I will do it. It is remarkable how they screw up this car.

It is definitely glass issue so I think insurance will refuse to pay for something which should be covered by guarantee.

I’m jaded by my terrible experiences. Nothing ever goes as it is supposed to go with these vehicles.

It appears to be a glass issue. So your warranty should cover. You should try a dealer that would at least go to bat for you with you to Chrysler. Failing that that you could try going to Chrysler directly. I don't know what other avenues you have. Good luck and let us know what happens.
