Ceramic Coating

I’m buying my second WL. A 2023 white Overland. The dealer is charging $1500 for the sentinel ceramic coating. Is it worth it? Thanks!

Ceramic is worth it in my opinion! But get it outside of the dealership, you'll likely get a better deal

From the dealer absolute not worth it. From a reputable detail shop that uses high quality ceramic coatings like cquartz, geyon, gtechniq it's absolutely worth it, usually ~$1500 or more from a good shop.

White is a monochromatic color. Buy the ceramic and do it yourself for $15.00. If it was a metallic color that would be a candidate for a specialty shop.

lol you can't buy a ceramic coating for $15, the coating alone should be close to $100. It's going to cost way more if you do it yourself. You need clay bar, polisher, compound, prep cleaner and then your ceramic coating. You will also need a pile of microfiber towels.
