Carplay issues and weird hum

Just bought the 2021 GCL overland two days ago and yesterday when turning on the vehicle a very loud hum/vibration came from the vehicle. Almost as if someone had the bass setting on max in a vehicle next to me. Lasted about 10 seconds then ended. My wife says she's heard it a few times while driving for a second or two. Also my car play is very buggy. 9/10 times it will not connect at all and I keep getting the message about my phone not being in range and carplay not enabled on my phone. My 2021 Cadillac's wireless carplay works flawlessly and I've spent hours trying to trouble shoot. Every phone I try to connect has the same issue. So far that is the only two issues I'm having with the vehicle and will be going to the dealership this week to see if they can help. I saw multiple posts here talking about the car play and I believe I saw one talking about the mystery hum. If anyone has found any answers to these issues I would love to hear.

The hum is a known issue related to the active noise cancellation. Initially, I thought the sound came from the engine but it's actually from the speakers.

Thank you, do you know if anyone has had it corrected by the dealer? Or are we stuck with the hum?

Supposedly a TSB will be coming out by year end. Nothing official though.

I get this too. Seems once Trans temp get over 130 it goes away. Its a cold issue i think.
Can anyone post a link to the TSB’s for the WL. We use to have them available.

This hum just started with my Summit Reserve. It is definitely related to the cold. Once the car warms up the humming stops.
