Can you stream TV on the passenger screen?

I've heard from several reviews and videos that claim you can stream TV on the front passenger screen. In the video below a Jeep rep even says it's possible.

I have yet to see a video of this capability though so I'm wondering if anyone has tried it or has seen a video of it in action to know if it truly is possible.

The only video I have seen that gets close to demonstrating this one:
The way she does it seems like a mirroring of the rear displays rather than just streaming on its own screen.

Does anyone have any additional insights?

It can't be done natively unless the vehicle is equipped with the rear entertainment (Fire TV), which isn't currently an option.
Right. Without the Rear Entertainment option, you’re limited to sources you can connect to the passenger screen’s HDMI or USB inputs. (There are also ways to stream video through CarPlay, but not out of the box—you can Google “CarPlay streaming video” if you want to learn more.)

Damn, that's a bummer. That's super misleading the way the Jeep rep stated it. I guess you could still plug a Firestick into the HDMI port but having a native Fire TV would be way better. I'm assuming this isn't something that could be included with an over-the-air update because I suspect there's specific hardware involved.

Anyway, thanks for providing the additional insight, @RiseAgainst & @Indigovic.

That is true for the most part (99.9%). The closest to live TV would be Amazon Prime Thursday night football. Maybe that's what the Jeep rep is talking about but it's very misleading.
