Battery Discharging (EV Range goes to Zero)

Actually, I have a couple of issues but the title reflects the greater problem. The first is that I can no longer charge to the mid 29 EV level that was common when I first purchased my 22 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve. Now, the maximum level that I can attain is in the 24 - 25 EV range. I mention this because it might be related to the greater problem which is battery discharging. After fully charging my battery and with the vehicle parked in my garage, unlocked, the batter will continuously discharge and in a period of four to five days become completely dead, Zero EV. I have also noticed that after charging and driving, the EV range drops much faster than it did previously, almost as if something is draining the battery in addition to the decrease that we would get as a result of normal driving. My dealer tells me that everything is normal, most likely the result of living in New England in the winter months?? Before I elevate this, I would appreciate hearing from others having similar problems.

Thanks,
Tony

I have read other threads related to battery drain but did not find a match to what I am experiencing.
