Arbitration

no but I have been trying this over the last two weeks. what they told me is if it gets to this point, the dealer would need to buy back your car and essentially refund you your money through the sale.

However, they cannot swap cars as they are registered and then considered used once registered.

I flied an arbitration case with NCDS. The arbitration has been set for the end of October. I’m not sure how long a decision takes, but assume it will take at the very least a week or two after the arbitration. Then I assume it will take another few weeks or a month to effect any settlement.
Bottom line, I have spent $60k for a very nice vehicle that I have been able to use for less than two months and don’t expect to have replaced for another two months. So for 2 months I drove my GCL and for 4 months I will have been stuck with a crappy loaner. I fully expect to be compensated in my settlement. We will see how responsible FCA will be.
