FCA submitted their response to my arbitration. They blame my UConnect problems on my professionally installed dash cam. They minimized my problems by noting that I have driven more than the average driver. They even presented a chart with the average mileage driven by various demographic groups. They stated that the GCL has gotten me from “point A to point B”. They misstated NC lemon law statutes, completely contradicting guidance from the NC Atty General’s office. Hopefully the arbitrator panel will be more realistic than these Jeep clowns.
I also have a case directly with Jeep Customer retention. The person there has been more realistic and helpful…so far.
I know Jeeps are basically good solid and reliable vehicles. But I have lost confidence in this particular vehicle so I want out of it, If I have to trade, I won’t be buying another Jeep product. I have already began looking at Ford Explorers.
