Applying clear bumper protector?

Anybody have good experience with applying jeep clear rear bumper protector? How is the installation? Is it dry or with water?

No difficult to apply...just need to follow the instructions on the mixture of water and rubbing alcohol plus the soup mixture. Shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes .
