Anyone know if Jeep listens to customer opinions?

Not new to Jeep, but new to a Jeep that can receive OTA updates. I'm coming from the world of Tesla where they can do just about anything (it seems) via OTA. I have heard others complain, and the only real complaint I have with my 2021 GCL is the dash not being able to stay bright without having the infotainment screen go to day mode (too bright at night). The infotainment screen is bright enough at night once you do the trick of flipping the switch up till it clicks to the brightest setting and scrolling just under the click, but the dash is so dim on its highest setting.

Feel is like a fix that could be done via OTA, but not sure how connected that is to the computer since it's on a wheel.

Just curious if anyone heard of Jeep getting customer feedback, or if it would even be possible.

My Overland with the larger 10” screen has setting options where you can select brightness in manual mode and have it be as bright or as dark as you want. This is separate from the two wheels that are next to the headlight knob. Not sure if all the smaller screens also have this option.

I have the 10" screen too, and the Display option controls the screen but not the dash. The dash is bright during the day, but when it dims at night it is not bright, and is unable to go brighter without turning it all the way up and in turn makes the 10" display go into day mode which is way to bright at night.
