I used a bondo spreader and some heat to remove the emblems and non chlorinated brake cleaner on a towel to remove the residual glue.

Heavy fishing line and the 3M wheel works great.
Alternatively, some goo-gone if you don't mind using more elbow grease.

I saw Jeep (Mopar) has a black Jeep "re-badge" option. does this mean I can take the plastic chrome rebadge stuff off and put the black rebage stuff on assuming I order the right stuff? just looking for an opinion. Thanks,

Heat gun, plastic razorblades or fishing line, goo gone or oven cleaner. Then buff and wax. Plastic razor blades help remove the goo too, and won't scratch.

I had the window trim wrapped with 3M gloss black vinyl.... I'm keeping some chrome just don't know how much until I see it. There is still the chrome on the very bottom of the mirror... not sure what to do with it yet... might be keeping it.
How much did they charge you to wrap the window trim? I am thinking about doing the same on the GC Summit Reserve I ordered, its White with the Black top.

First thing I do is to remove the dealer decal and license plate frame.
I don't do it at all, they remove it before it leaves the lot, if they don't I ask them how much are we taking off the price of the vehicle for my annual advertisement fee? I usually tell them my fee is $5000 a year for me to advertise for them. They take it off then, lol.

Completed the de-badging. Removed the "summit" "4x4" from the rear, "Grand Cherokee" from the doors and "Jeep" from the hood.
Used braided fishing line (works better than monofilament or dental floss) and the 3M wheel. Easy peasy. Sorry for the in-the-garage pics.
I will no doubt either use HyperDip Emblem spray to black out the rear "Jeep" or change out for some black emblems.

Looks much cleaner. They make tinted adhesive covers for the orange reflectors on the front sides, too, FYI.
