I'm currently waiting on delivery of my 2022 JGC Overland. Since January I've been following this forum. It is full of dissatisfied customer with mechanical and electrical problems and poor customers service. If I had read all these posts before I purchased I wonder if I would have pulled the trigger. I have been a loyal Jeep owner through 5 jeeps now with minimal issues. I realize most people post when they have problems to share or to find solutions. For a balance perspective if anyone has some good news about their experience and vehicles it would be good to hear. :)

I picked up my ordered 22 GCSR L with the Hemi last week and love it. Everything works properly and no squeaks or rattles. I love the engine, transmission, air suspension, ride, handling, technology. stereo, etc. Seats are very comfortable and supportive in front. Uconnect is a little buggy but nothing I can't live with. The FM stereo cuts out every 20 seconds or so. I use Tidal anyway. Uconnect will be updated again and again and they'll work the kinks out. I have two Sony TVs in my house. Both use an Android OS. Both had software glitches the first 6 months or so I owned them. They had to be reset every few days. No issues whatsoever for the past year and a half of ownership. I'm hoping and expecting the same with Uconnect. I don't think there are any vehicles comparable for the price. I had a Ford Explorer rental a few months ago. The GC is in a different league.

Now hopefully I didn't just jinx myself!

Good News for me. Ordered 1/23 and JGC Overland arrived at dealer yesterday. Wasn't expecting it that soon. Only problem is I am vacationing in Florida till mid April. Salesman said no problem, will check it out, park it safely and put a sold sign on it till you get back. Happy with this dealership, great sales and customer service experience so far.

I have had 3 Rhd wrangler unlimiteds that were work vehicles for rural mail delivery. They were like tanks with all the comforts of home. Excellent products.

New member - first post. Ordered my JCG Overland 2-row on 3/1, and was told by the dealer 8-10 weeks. I was in the same boat as you after reading a lot of horror stories on the site. I considered pulling the plug on my order the day after my deposit, but decided to stick it out and am very glad I did. I was shocked when the dealer called me on Wednesday to say it was in transit, and Thursday night to say it was delivered. Even the dealer was blown away by how quickly it came in. Picked it up yesterday afternoon and absolutely love it. I had a ‘15 JGC Limited before this and the ’22 is a significant improvement. Interior quality is great, the ride is much quieter, and I even like the massaging seats more than I thought I would. Yes the piano black through the center console probably wasn’t the best design choice, but the finishes are on-par or better that our Yukon Denali. I didn’t get the V8, since we already have a gas hog with the Yukon.

Congrats. Ordered my 22 WL74 Summit Dec 9th and still waiting. I don't understand their logistics logic!!
