Add 'five passenger' and 'seven passenger' to forum section descriptions for WL74 and WL75

Pretty much all the content/threads in this forum pertain to WL75, when the forum (I presume) is intended for WL74. Both vehicles are now in the 2022 MY.

Proposed renaming -

2022+ Grand Cherokee Discussion (WL74 / Five Passenger)
2022+ Grand Cherokee L Discussion (WL75 / Seven Passenger)

This forum is for the Grand Cherokee WL74. The premise is that when it doesn't include an "L", it's the 2 row version.
