Active Packages on connect.jeep.com

My Active Packages are now showing on connect.jeep.com (from no connected services) along with when the subscriptions expire. I assume this fix is related to my case that Jeep Connect created.

Have you seen what prices are being charged? Kind of hard to figure it out
Unfortunately, there are no prices seen anywhere as of yet. It won't surprise me if FCA doesn't know either. This is kind of like buying a mobile phone with a long-term commitment and then having no disclosure of the monthly charges. FCA is selling products that require a subscription to function before they disclose the subscription price and, in some cases, before they work.

Fortunately, the Vehicle Security Package is good for five years before a subscription is needed, and the Safety and Security Package is good for ten years.

Unfortunately, the Assistance & Navigation Package expires in 3 months. If I don't subscribe at some price to be determined later, I lose TomTom navigation, etc., and would need to switch over to CarPlay.

Mine shows that too, but of those 13 services in Asstance/Nav only 3 or 4 actually work and no one seems to know anything about the others. My trial is already half over for most of that stuff. Come on @JeepCares how about a trial extension for us early adopters?.

I was just on the phone with Jeep Connect Customer service earlier today, because ever since I bought the L at the end of July, My connected services have said expired on the jeep connect website portal......They are escalating it to level 2 ...whatever that means...

That may have been true in the past but today Apple Maps is their own product derived in no small part from the Open Street Map dataset. It's possible they still use Tom Tom for some places on earth but I don't think they do anywhere in the US.

This is the same issue I was having. I ended up with a case #. It took about a week for the Jeep IT team to fix it.

So is this on top of the Sirius XM subscription? Or is that included...
I know my window sticker included a 6 month subscription to XM which I assumed included the Jeep Connect activity.

I was told that I would be able to get NAV on the 8.4 but not to sure about that even with the subscription. I hope I am wrong.
