4x2 with sport and paddle shifters

Hell everybody! I am first timer here. Question! I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited 4x2 with sport and paddle shifters! My question is , what is capability with this feature? the paddle shifters can be used with or without sport mode on. So, can I drive on light sand , can I drive in mud without any issues? can I do or not do?

4x2 means you can drive on concrete or asphalt without becoming stuck. You may drive on snow very carefully.

4x2 = street only.

As others have said 4x2 is mostly pavement only or other hard loose surfaces such as gravel or rocks or hard packed sand or etc - only packed and hard surfaces.

You can also tow with 4x2 so long as you don’t need to tow up steep grades, over 5,000lbs, or on slippery boat ramps.

The shifters and “sport mode” is just for fun on the pavement that’s all
