4x2 Altitude Lease Payment

I ordered a black 4x2 Altitude GCL three weeks ago and it's status is KLZD (whatever that means). He wasn't able to quote me a monthly lease payment because he said the residuals change monthly. I'm looking to lease for 36 months, 10k miles annually with $1500 down and a $500 Bonus Cash offer from True Car. My current Mercedes Benz payment is $486 and I'm hoping to stay close to that.

What payments are you getting and what can I expect?

I was negotiating with a dealership that had one on the lot but it sold. Their offer for the same terms was $520
