2nd row bench seat noise

I have a bench seat in my 21 GCL Limited. I noticed a squeaking noise coming from behind the drivers seat and sounds like it’s coming from the bench seat. If someone is sitting in it or if I have it folded down it doesn’t make noise, but when it’s folded up and no one is sitting in it there is a pretty significant squeaking noise. Anyone else have this issue?

Squeaking, no. Rattling, yes. Dealer replaced both second row headrests (non-bench) and it seems to have helped, according to my wife. She's out of town with the car so I'll see when she returns.
