24’ GCL SR Price Hike!

Dealer told me that my order jumped up from 85k sticker (every option minus mud flaps) almost 3k. Now it’s close to 88k with hemi, rear entertainment, and High Altitude packages.

My 22’ GCL SR with every option including hemi but not rear entertainment and high altitude was 76k.

Talk about price jump. Yikes

Don’t forget the lack of Quadra lift and a crippled Quadra drive due to no elsd in your math equation. Can’t remember if the night vision got removed or not.

Congrats!

I forgot about the elsd removal! My 22 had it. My 24 won’t. Will I notice the difference ?

So I was just looking at the new '24's to check out the feature differences. I do see both night vision and eLSD in the builds, but I do not see the Luxury Tech Group V anymore (Summit Reserve). It was a silly group since it was just the wireless charger and the rear window shades, but I don't see it listed as an option and I don't see the features listed as standard equipment either. Did they just drop those two features? Ironically, my '22 SR V8 configured identically sans the Luxury group is almost $10K more now, and I do have both features. My wireless charger didn't work right for over a year, but an update fixed it and it's great to have for long trips as Android Auto kills my phone battery.

I remember my dealer Gm calling me when he was inputting the order on the website and asked if I wanted that option. It’s not listed on the website but on dealer order it’s still there.

My 22 SR wireless charger also never worked it actually over heated my phone multiple times. Hopefully they fixed it for the 24s

Yes, that is exactly what my charger did for over a year, it would start blinking red after about 20 mins and my phone would be super hot. I tried it again a few months ago after everybody was talking about a "big update" and it now works pretty well. It won't fully charge my phone if it's depleted while I'm using Android Auto, but it does maintain it without overheating... I've had it on for over 4 hours and it's stayed active.

And the trade-in values are dropping like rocks. I have a ‘23 GCL SR Hemi that stickered over $80K. Current trade-in with 7k miles is under $60K.

Switched to a '23 Limited from a '22 Altitude, when the 10% discount was introduced.
With employee price it cost me the difference in msrp!

Yeah I’m seriously debating to cancel my order and just wait until these price drops. Jeep has seriously over priced these GCL’s the last 2 years. No way I’ll get mine that stickers over 80k knowing the trade in’s are all low 60s as soon as you drive off the lot

I agree. I am not holding my breath for any price drops. I priced out a 2024 Overland exactly as what I have for 2023 and it costs more and has less on it. They removed the standard trailer hitch package and it's now an option. So more cost for less product. Who know what else was removed to save a penny here and there.
