2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve Uconnect Radio issues

New issues besides the Phone not connecting, the Weather not loading, the profiles not saved, the seats not remembering their saved positions....we have other issues from our trip. The radio would not show what songs were playing on SirusXM or USB. Also the radio would nor show Apps window, just flash. The radio also flashed across on the screen. I could not get a video on that one, but I have video on the Apps button not working.

1. You shouldn't have to do this, but a hard (soft?) reset should take care of some of these problems (hold power button until unit shuts off, wait for it to turn itself back on)
2. If you switch between FM and satellite, you song information should come back. At least mine does.

Is it any wonder why? They don't listen to the customers.
