2021 Summit Back at dealership

21 Summit with less than 1000 miles is back at dealership.

Radio still crashes
Wireless charger will stop charging
Rear doors rattle

Jeep has been at dealership for about 2 weeks and I have only owned about 1 month

Service manager stopped taking my calls as well as service advisor.

Jeep cares can’t get ahold of dealership either and basically said we will just have to wait until they respond.

just a rant….

Talked to my dealer today about side steps I ordered when I bought a Limited off the lot six weeks ago.not only is there no news on the sidesteps the Limited I had ordered in early June is still stuck somewhere in the Jeep fantasy land.Glad I bought off the lot who knows how long I would have to wait.The dealer says this is the biggest goat rope he has seen and is not very happy with getting no information from Jeep to what the problems are
