My July 28, 2021 GC L Summit (5.7L Baltic Gray/Black top) just arrived at the dealer today (Nov 15, 2021). Actually arrived sooner than I expected. The build sheet showed all of the trailer package items were included, but the window sticker made no mention of any trailer package. First thing I checked on the pre-prepped GC L was the full trailer package with all wiring, 7 pin plug, and receiver; It was all there, so the GC L summits do currently have the trailer package as a standard item. Will know more tomorrow when I pick it up at the dealer after the prep.

That's good to hear. I'm hoping to see my August 17, 2021 GCL Summit with the 5.7L within a few weeks. Any equipment missing? Does it have eLSD?

My build sheet and window sticker for my just delivered 2021 Summit 4x4 5.7L do not mention anything about eLSD. The window sticker does say it has the Quadra-Trac II 4WD system. I did some checking on line and Jeep says that only the Quadra-Drive has eLSD, and the Quadr-Trac does not. With the high performance I've gotten with older Jeeps with Quadra-Trac, I'm not too concerned about not having eLSD. To me it sounds like one more electronic device that could fail, so I'm OK without it. This is the sixth Jeep I've owned over a 40 year period, and it is amazing to see the new technology loaded into the Summit. It drives like a true luxury car, without being unmanageable (like many of the behemoth SUVs out there). Best of all - the 5.7 L V8 does not have the stupid stop-start feature, which to me was well worth the extra money. Also, all of the expected equipment (Quadra-lift, etc.) is on my GC-L. It will take me several weeks to learn about all the extra features (mostly electronic) it has. There are quite a few advanced safety systems and the multiple camera views (standard) have some pretty amazing technology. Interior is best I've seen in any vehicle and very functional.
