Anyone know how do get the manufacturer and part number of the built in wireless charger? I’m in contact with a senior engineer at Apple investigating the issue and they need this information.

Looks like @JeepCares doesn’t care. Two threads with people complaining about this and no acknowledgment that there is an issue.

@JeepCares Any response on this? A simple, “we will look it to it and actually get back to you” would suffice. We know it’s a complex issue, but acknowledgement of the issue and that you’re working on it would go a long way.

According to the manual, the wireless charger is 15W, which is pretty powerful. I have one with the same power at home and it charges very quickly. Has anyone had good results with their wireless charging pad?

Does anyone know how to get the wireless charging pad to work? I turned airplane mode on the phones to disable wireless CarPlay so as to rule that out and it does not charge any of our phones, despite the blue light remaining illuminated and the phone saying “charging”.
