I would like to know the same thing. I have been working with Jeep and with Mopar and with my dealer and my data has not updated in 45 days. I have done all the updates. My lock and unlock an engine start all work but my health data and information do not ever refresh
Summit with V8 Hemi. Drove 300 mile trip last night, cruise set on 74, thru several small towns and 270 miles of it 2 lane highway in SW Kansas. Fuel mileage 19. Absolutely LOVE the V8
First off you have to get your von or your vehicle order number from your dealer. In a few days Jeep should issue it a VIN number and your dealer will also need to give that to you. Then you go to Jeep's website and go to contact us and go to chat. If you give the Jeep chat your vehicle order...
I have version 1.31.5. My app has worked perfectly with vehicle health, fuel level, lock/unlock, etc since I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit on October 26. No problems at all
I don't know how many of you have been following my posts, but it finally happened!!! Ordered Summit V8, White on May 3, VIN on May 8, kept getting pushed out on production/delivery date, BUT MY JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE L JUST ARRIVED AT MY DEALER THIS MORNING!!!!!!! It is here!!!
The VIN is typically issued within a few days of the order. I ordered May 3 and mine just invoiced today. Your dealer should be able to tell you what status it is in d, d1, f etc.
