Yes, our dealer is in the Nashville area.

I received an estimated ship date of 4/5 and then moved to 4/20 from dealer but no ETA on arrival. Our vehicle was in the shipping stage on 4/20 so I’m anxious to know when it will arrive.

Well I’m back to the standard “shipping status” response via jeep chat so not sure if the “in transit” response was accurate.

Jeep chat has been telling me that I’m in the “shipping stage” but today they said I’m “in transit to the dealership.” The ETA system is still down. Any clue how long vehicles are typically “in transit”?

I have been told by jeep chat that the ETA system is down as of April 14th. Our jeep is in the shipping stage but they’re unable to provide a timeframe.

I agree, Jeep Chat hasn’t been super reliable so I’m hoping we hear from the dealer soon on an ETA. It sounds like you’re in the home stretch but 3 weeks is a long time in the shipping stage especially with the lack of transparency.

We got an update that we are now in trim. Is this the final stage before shipping? I’ve seen some say shipping via train can take weeks but does anyone know about the shipping process to TN? We are approx 500 miles from the factory

We ordered a summit reserve with no deletes. When the dealer updated us on the delay he said that they’re not even letting them order summits right now so maybe a hold up with parts? Jeep chat told us weeks ago that all parts were received 🤷‍♀️
