My GCL was doing the same. The right paddle shifters would engage manual mode but then pressing it would gear up, and press and hold wouldn’t let me exit from manual mode. Dealership replaced my right paddle shifter. It was also causing to fire service transmission message...

Got my issue fixed. My right paddle shifters was busted. Randomly/intermittently, it wouldn’t gear up. It would switch to manual mode but pressing it further wouldn’t make the gear go up, and then I couldn’t get out of manual mode back to automatic, and that’s when the service transmission...

I have a 2021 Grand Cherokee L Limited with 12,300 miles on it. I’m getting a “Service Transmission” message that pops up for a few seconds and then goes away. I’ve gotten it 3 times so far, but can’t find any information about this message in the manual. Has anyone else here gotten this message?

For me it works on remote start when I unlock the car first and then hit the remote start button twice . I know, it sounds stupid.

There’s is a secondary chirp/beep, the one that goes off when the trunk is open or closed. They could just use that too instead of honks

Yeah, I used to see same reduced version too. But now I’m still seeing just “Activation of Service in progress”

I’m now getting the same message on my app too. My plan expired 1st week of March but I was still able to access the app. I wasn’t able to remote start, lock/unlock, etc but still be able to access it and view recalls, service history, access manual, etc So I’m wondering if this is a temporary...

I have a 21 GCL limited with Luxury Tech ll group package. The window sticker says it has ParkSense front and rear park-assist with stop, but only have experienced the car break on reverse. Never from the front when parking

On the jeep website there’s are 2x4 and 4x4 option when selecting and configuring any trim. So no AWD

Battery is Under the the driver side front seat

I’m trying to jump start my other car using GCL. Where do I connect the jumper cables on the GCL. This is my first jeep so I’m clueless All I see is red (positive) cap on cover above the fuse box. Not sure if that’s where I connect the red cable, and what about connecting -ve connector?

You saying the replacement valve bodies are bad too?

It seems The driver mat Doesn’t have a good amount of coverage under the gas pedal area right?

Same here. Don’t see separate call and ring levels on my limited. It’s so very annoying. Why would jeep have those options different for different trims. It makes no sense why they would combine the ring and call volume option in the limited! Please fix it! This and the three honks

Is it a vibration or shuddering? There’s already lengthy thread regarding transmission issues https://wljeepforum.com/index.php?threads/strange-shifting.564/ If you feel shuddering when the transmission switches then it’s likely a transmission valve body replacement issue

Yeah I found that the hard way too. I was trying to install seat back kick covers and realized I couldn’t get the top part properly installed cuz the headrests won’t come up! So I had to cut the top opening area of the cover, wrap it back around the metal poles, and then hold the cover opening...
