One day later and everything is fixed — at least for now. Dealership said that the issues were cured by a software update of some kind (I didn’t ask for details.). Hopefully the fixes will stick.

My 2021 GCL Overland is now headed back to the dealership for the second time to address problems with the radio. The WiFi hotspot hasn’t worked since the radio was replaced, and now the SiriusXM radio won’t connect or let me sign in. CarPlay has been spotty at times as well. Not fun!

That outcome — McIntosh meters move but no sound from anything — is identical to what I experienced. And after having the dealer check the car out for a day or two, they ended up deciding that a new radio is needed. Took about two weeks for the new radio to arrive. Audio now works...

The dealership needed about 10 days for a new radio unit to come in. I drove the car without sound during that period. Then the dealership installed the new radio unit. The sound now works, but CarPlay now cuts in and out (and has been more difficult to set up than before) and other services...

So I took the vehicle in to the dealer and — no surprise — they said that they cannot identify the source of the problem and so had to open a STAR file to elevate it. My guess based on earlier posts in this thread is that this will end up with the dealer ordering a replacement U-Connect head...

Overland with about 900 miles. So far so good, other than some unpredictable wireless CarPlay issues that eventually resolve themselves. The adaptive cruise control and massaging seats were clutch for a long trip with the family.

FWIW, I have an overland with Advanced ProTech III and it does not display the speed limit in the HUD even when “advanced” is selected. I would love it if there were a way to get the speed limit to show up in the HUD. That said, the speed limit often shows up on the main (uConnect) screen at...

Bought an overland with the black running boards factory installed. I think they look good, or at least unobjectionable. But the key for us is that they make it super easy for our small children to get in and out of the car.

Ended up paying about $2500 (about 3.9%) below MSRP (before TTL) on a dealer stock 21 model. Overland with all the options other than the V8. Probably could’ve done a little better but the price seemed right given that it had all the options we wanted.

I was recently quoted $64000 for a ‘22 Overland with the Advanced ProTech III, Luxury Group IV, running boards, and 10.1” display options. The spec sheet (attached) shows this as about $1500 below MSRP. I’m in the VA/DC area. Good deal? Bad deal? Average? Thanks!

Does anyone use a cargo net to cover the space between the captains chairs when the third row is folded down? This seems like an item Jeep should offer as an extra that could be purchased for the GCL.

Thanks for these replies. I received the attached quote (63,425) from a nearby dealership and was a bit surprised at the lack of discount vs MSRP (64,425). Sounds like there is still room to negotiate.
