I had a 21 Grand Cherokee L and recently switched to a Grand Cherokee 2 row. I noticed that the background themes are now gone, as well as the volume button display (on the screen) for the radio. Anyone else experience these issues?

Just curious in reference to #9 have you tried pressing and holding the power button for extended periods of time like maybe 10 or so seconds? I am able to turn my radio off but I have to press and hold the power button for an extended period of time before it powers down.
