Thanks for the tip. I have used that. but it did not solve the issue. however i have to remove driver profile and while trying to add my iPhone noticed device manager showing briefly a message that an assist call was in progress. and indeed the blue assist button on the roof was lit. pressing it...- GCL_mtt
