I checked before I bought. At two dealers I was told it had the hitch and leveling. Inspected the cars and they did not. I found another dealer and it had both. I bought it. Salespersons were either lying or ignorant. I'll let them choose which.

My understanding is that if you tow via a dolly, you need a locking steering wheel. Make sure your's has a locking steering wheel.

FYI The Jeep Steering wheels do not lock because they aren't supposed to. This is because many of us flat-tow the jeeps behind motorhomes. If they locked, the tires would be pulled sideways around corners.

As far as the rear hatch goes, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. Now that I think about it, it's like many other features.
