I swear to you - it is now 5 hour since the above post. My app won’t start the car / sound the horn or unlock. I jinxed myself. Damn. Back to the dealer to be treated like a 64,000.00 bed of cattle. I’m not kidding.

I still have 1.31.6. I don’t want to jinx myself but the app is working.

Just got another message. I called back 20 minutes after receiving it and my “case managers” VM box is full - automatic disconnect, no other options.

BTW- my GCL is currently 100 miles way and the app says it’s in my driveway. I’ve reinstalled 3 times this week. I’m not even mentioning the cycling screen blackouts etc. again / how is this thing going to age?

Update: 6 days later, they called and LM. I called back within 3 minutes and after 8 minutes on hold, I was told my “ case manager “ had left for the day but would call me tomorrow. It was 4pm EST. Not sure I need a “case manager” but I digress. I was told I would get a CB today. ,Nothing...

I actually called the number on the app. They will “call me back tomorrow “. That was two days ago. Nada

Had my GCL HEMI Since August. App has worked fine - remote start, lock / unlock - all good. Since Friday- useless. I had a six month subscription so I don’t think * that’s the issue. Anyone else having issues? I just reinstalled the app - still useless. Any help? Thanks!

Done - just had to spend some time. Re-Installed my phone and we’re good. Every time there is a tech issue I get a pit in my stomach because this system seems so wonky. Good now. Just have to go slow and go through all the variables 🤔
