    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

Glad it worked out for you. Have you decided what you’ll get next?

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

I agree you should be made whole. So your payment times 3 plus $5000 minus the $2400 you net out on your “sale” to the dealer. Good luck! It should all work out in due time with your efforts.

100%. I never paid a penny. I put 0 down and they paid it off before my first payment was due. I, personally, would not accept a 2022 at this time. Not till it’s proven to be reliable.

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

No worries at all! I’m not really sure if quote and reply do different things or not. And regarding the buyback process, or whatever the official term might be, it was much easier than expected. Almost like they knew it was coming. From initial vehicle delivery to completed buyback was right...

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

I know you didn’t reply to me but I’ll answer what my experience was. They pretty much did the same as what you described for me. Mine was a lease, but not through Chrysler Capital, but instead a local bank the dealer had partnered with. I had yet to make any payment, so my cost was $0, so I...

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

Yes. Once it was in service for about 10 days, I got to talking to the service manager who told me there was no viable fix currently and Chrysler instructed them to release the vehicle back to me. I simply said I was not going to be taking a car that was unsafe to drive back and that they needed...

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

I was told by the dealer that the buyback process with Jeep/Chrysler is a nightmare (for both dealer and consumer) and they drag their feet as long as possible. I instead pursued the dealer buyback, which ended successfully. Total time from vehicle delivery to completed buyback was 29 days. Of...

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

I agree. I did not let the purchase of a new vehicle be a contingency of the buyback. At this point, I do not think I’ll buy another, but I left it with them as I would possibly consider it once new 2022 models were out and proven to not exhibit the same issues as my 2021 did.

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

I didn’t see a viable solution other than buying it back. Ultimately I never had it long enough to even make a payment. It’s a shame really, I wanted to love the car. Edit: the dealer bought it back, I’m sure they will fight Chrysler to get any money lost on that transaction back. And...

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

Mine was a Limited 4x4 V6. They tried a number of things, unsuccessfully.

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

I unfortunately ended up having to turn mine in because of this. Despite many attempts, there was no way to fix the power steering issue.

    Ah thank you. Missed that!

    Navi-Screen too bright?

Now I’m a bit confused. There’s two wheels to the right of the headlight knob, what does each do? I tried to read the manual but it reads like there is only one knob.

    Intermittent Power Steering Unavailable

i am experiencing the same in my new L Limited. I have been able to decipher it's happening only when the engine is cold (whether that plays a role in the actual issue, unknown). But it does explain why it comes back on when restarting the car after a short (or long) drive. There is now a TSB...
