Station Presets Help

Any know why my XM station presets only toggle through the first and second row of presets?
not to the other presents saved.
Using the steering wheel left center button.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Back in early February, I had a similar issue, but it does not sound identical to yours. None of my XM presets would load/toggle, but my FM radio presets would load/toggle. After 24 hours or so, my XM presets came back to normal. I believe that there may have been a software update. There was no issue with XM (I contacted their support to confirm there were no outages). Hope it worked out for you too after a day or two.
