Jeep Unsafe To Drive?

I have been getting emergency braking on the interstate when I get into traffic even though there is no vehicles in front of me. I use my adaptirve cruise control all the time to the point I couldn't deal with the braking issues anymore.
Took it to the dealer on Thursday and they put me in a new Ram as a loaner.
They informed me today that it is acting up for them as well and it's a saftey issue and after making adjustemnts to the lasers, they can't get it working properly etc...
The shop Forman is going to reach out to Jeep for advice on how to proceed.
Anyone have any idea how this might get resolved?

I have 25k miles on the clock fyi and the Overland has been one of the most pleasurable vehicles to drive as far as comfort goes.

Well, I'd be looking at the extended Mopar warranties if you're putting that many miles on it that quickly. These cars have had a LOT of issues, and I can't imagine what you'd be spending on something like this when the 36k warranty is done.

Exactly. That’s why this POS will be long gone before it’s out of warranty. Hopefully my Lyriq will be in at the latest next year this time. At that point maybe someone else will be able to get beyond all these intermittent glitches.

Oh I have that! 7 years/150k or something like that.

Same happened to me going through a 4 way intersection 7/7/23 and was just hitting 40 mph when out of the blue the breaks stopped my Jeep in the middle of the road. Hubby and I have a good case of whiplash and my collar bone from the seat belt is pretty sore. Dealer ship drove all the way to where I was camping to bring me a loaner and I had my Jeep towed to them. I feel like I hit a brick wall. I hope all of yours got fixed and I am not looking forward to them having mine for an extended period of time.

Is it not amazing how fast they stop? FYI wait for the thermal camera to detect large flat front diesel truck radiators as animals, and apply the brakes

Never had a problem since the repair and I'm at 48k now. May be the best riding vehicle I have ever owned because of the air suspension. The 3.6 does not use a drop of oil! Very solid for sure.

Our GCL is also experiencing Phantom Braking. It goes in on Thursday to fix a ton of issues. New one for us last night was high beams stopped working.

This one falls under the issues that the dealer wasn't able to reproduce and hoped would be fixed by a software update even though we sent video evidence.

Turn off emergency braking so you just get the alert not the braking. I find that I get the alert when I’m in assisted drive on the highway, not in any other drive mode or situation. As someone mentioned, I think the system is reading other heat signatures are dangers.
