Issues with creating a radio station

Hi!
When I press the magnifying glass and create a station around the music of an artist, it appears with a Pandora symbol. I save it to my presets. However, more often than not, when I press the station, it just does not work. I cannot get it to play or even choose it. I cannot figure out why. I’ve brought it up to service but no fixes. Any ideas?

When an artist you like is playing on Sirius, press the "Related" button. There will be a link to setting up a special channel for that artist - if one is available. The new channel stores in a section called "Artist Radio" or you can program one of the preset buttons when that channel is playing. It is a wonderful feature that we use very frequently
