Does anyone here have experience the following malfunction

It would not start, today it has been two weeks at the dealer and so far they have done the following:
1. Verify batteries - both good.
2. Replace starter
3. Check Rear latch Module - module is good.
5. They have updated the software.
6. Today they are running health checks on the computer and ecm modules.
