First time Jeep Owner

Greeting from Kuwait.. just bought my first jeep and it is the new totally redesigned Jeep grand Cherokee L! So far love it.. just I am bit concerned if anyone facing any issues with gearbox ..

Take a road trip. The car will adjust itself. I drove 650 miles home after purchasing it and have never had any problems.
