21 GCL Limited Windshield Washer Light

My windshield washer light has been on despite my tank being full. Did some reading online and found an old forum that people said they were using the orange and green Rainx washer fluid that I’ve been using and that it coats the sensors. Recommended flushing the tank with water. I did that and the lights are still on. Any help?

Check your fuses , ensure they are pushed in all the way.

I've used the orange Rain-X since day one and I haven't had any issues.
