    I have been trying to get something definitive on my new WL order for 3 weeks now...

    Just got off the chat with FCA Jeep and got the same bad attitude no effort reply... In my opinion they are totally worthless...

    Tracking a new order for a 2022 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve

    I just concluded a chat session with the appropriate FCA Jeep chat, Michael, by name and he was not helpful at all. In fact, although this is the 6th new Jeep that I have purchased, it will likely be my last based on the total lack of customer service that I have received.

    I just keep getting told, "Our system is updating, and we cannot give you any information right now" That is using the link provided and clicking on the Chat button. The dealer is not helpful at all, either.

    I am trying to find information about my order of a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. It was ordered on Jan 28, 2022. The dealer has not been much help.
