For reference for anyone else having this or similar issues. After doing a factory reset through the settings menu on the Uconnect, then going in to the Nav settings and removing all the points of interest (except gas stations) the radio has performed very well. Love our 2021 L but have a really annoying issue that makes me want to trade it away. We have never used the built in navigation, we use our phones with CarPlay for nav when needed which is not very often. Regardless if using the FM, Sirius, CarPlay, or even if I leave the screen on the settings...- Ctimrun
