Actually, the OP may have been correct when he said the new Grand Cherokee was equipped with auto break (judging by what I've been reading on this forum & Facebook).
The Ember paint is available to order? How about the Midnight Sky? Is the Ember available for just the WL75 or the WL74 too? I've been waiting to order until the Ember was available on the WL74 but just last week my dealer was still saying no.
I got that as an email. It says "Must order or take retail delivery by 2/28/22." This is a targeted email with a certificate number to be given to the dealer and says "Offer not redeemable on a purchase made prior to receiving this certificate."
It seems to me if the manufacturer provides the ability to do something (such as turn start/stop off) you should be able to use the feature without fear. If it's use causes a problem the manufacturer needs to address its faulty engineering design.
