I just checked the website for the dealership where I purchased my Overland last month (https://www.dallasdodge.net/inventory/new-2021-jeep-grand-cherokee-l-overland-4x4-sport-utility-1c4rjkdg9m8129238). They have an Overland with air suspension.
Sorry that I'm just getting to this...I had the same problem that happened 5 times in 3 days, took it into the dealership & there was a software update (3 in total that day) that corrected the problem. Also corrected the rough shifting that took place when slowing down
I ordered through https://store.mopar.com/ & was able to pick them up the next day from the Parts Dept & the local Huffine Dealership in Plano, TX....might have been good timing :-)
I have had a GCL Overland for 2 weeks, during which the Apple Carplay had been working fine. Today, for no reason, my phone stopped connecting to Carplay and the app disappeared. Tried multiple ways of reestablishing with no success. I found this forum and see that this was a common problem...
