My start/stop has not worked for months

My start/stop hasn’t worked in months. My vehicle shudders as well (along with several other issues). Has done it since I bought it brand new, now have 28k miles on it. Had multiple dealerships refuse service. Working through things now with my attorney.

Consider yourself lucky. So you got Jeep to buy back with just radio and Uconnect issues? I have transmission, suspensions, uconnect, and rattling in the interior, and have been denied buyback twice.

With my experience, they won’t fix it. Document all of your service trips and conversations. You may need it with an attorney.

This will need many attempts. I have been denied buyback twice; currently have retained an attorney and in the lemon law process.

Already done that. The latest trip dealer did what manufacturer allowed. Still didn’t fix. This dealership is now refusing me service because they have not been reimbursed by manufacturer. The “repair” was done 45 days ago.
