Squeaking, no. Rattling, yes. Dealer replaced both second row headrests (non-bench) and it seems to have helped, according to my wife. She's out of town with the car so I'll see when she returns.
So you know, the word is brake ;-) Our SR has done this and I find it happens when I back up too fast. I think the software gets overwhelmed and errs on the side of braking and braking early. If I back out of our tight garage slowly, no problems.
Also, how did you end up paying $76k for an...
I wonder if it will help lessen exterior noise. It seems our Summit Reserve is excessively loud on the inside. Maybe the noise cancellation isn't working, who knows, but it seems louder than it should be.
How cold? Does it sit outside? Could be your tires have a slight flat spot when sitting overnight and the cold will cause it to stay that way longer. Once they warm up, vibration goes away.
10-13 yes, even after the "update" which didn't fix anything. 20 could be there is not one available. My GMC truck has HUD with speed limit shown both there and on the center driver info center and when it doesn't know the limit, it displays nothing. Same with our GCL SR.
We had this issue where the fob and profile would not sync up. There is a TSB to help. After the TSB, it seemed to have switched our profiles. At that point I gave up. Maybe one of these days when I have several hours to monkey with it, I'll try again.
I appreciate this! We bought our SR back in August fully loaded except V8 (wife doesn't need it or care about it) so we're all set. However, this is fantastic info for those that can wait. I will definitely store this info for future reference. Thanks!
Not sure about FCA but with our past Audi, you had to purchase the Audi extended warranty while you had at least a year and 12k miles (I think) left on the mfr warranty. Audi was 4 year / 50k miles for the original bumper to bumper, so a bit longer. With FCA you may be able to get it with one...
Mine does this and it annoys the crap out of me! I am hoping it is a software update. Even stranger, my wife last drove the car. I get in but we only have her key, so I figure I will just push my seat memory to adjust the seat but it will keep her profile in place. When I pressed my seat...
Not from there but MIL lives in Fernandina. Anyway, sounds like it might be worth driving to get a better deal. I got slightly below MSRP in July in Charlotte where I live. It's 5 hours away. I suspect between here and there or somewhere closer, you should be able to get better pricing...
Summit Reserve here. All of the same crappy AC concerns as above. Had every window tinted, including windshield and sunroof, with heat rejection ceramic tint. It is marginally better but still not what I would call "cool". Granted, it has black exterior/tupelo interior and we live in SC, but...
The closest dealer to us is not where we purchased our GCL. They were asking absurd markups so we went with another nearby. When I went to schedule service at the dealer closest to us, they asked if we purchased there, I said no, and then they said I would have to go back to where I purchased...
