Curious, did this fix the click sound when going from 2nd down to 1st when stopping?

I personally like to do my first ones around 2500ish, IMO it can’t hurt a bit early.

What issues did you have to have the control arms replaced?

Curious if you got a fix for the 2nd to 1st downshift noise?

The tech said it def should say why it’s not ready. They are ordering a battery sensor.

Ah OK. So they said there is a gap there so maybe it’s just not a big enough gap. Hhhmmmm.

They told me it wasn’t that, rather a body seam behind the tensioner area. But as of now it’s exactly the same after waiting for 6 hours. Now we wait for Jeep to advise them what to try next. Problem for me is they are 90 minutes away from me.

Mine is exactly like this, I don't hear it over a normal bump but more when i brake slightly or accelerate a bit. They talked to Jeep and told me they opened a STAR case on it. So now I wait. Also after I got the recall done today had the power steering light come on and say unavailable...

Jeep dealer just had mine apart for 6 hours and can’t fix it. Unbelievable how disappointed I am.

So you took out that bolt and that is where you pushed on it with the pex? I’m at the dealer now.

What’s thr silver piece going upward with the blue arrow? Is that sheet metal? Is it spot welded to the black? Trying to figure it out by the photos.

Is this silver piece sheet metal? The original post mentioned a spot welded piece and this looks like it could be that. Maybe grease around the weld?

Im trying to fix this on mine and can’t figure out what I’m looking for. Can you possibly put an arrow or something on your pics to show me where this sheet metal gap is that you guys are talking about? I would be super grateful.

Would it be at all possible to show a pic of exactly where you put the grease? Mine has this same rattle from the b pillar.

I’ve read on a FB group that this persons dealer did a transmission quick learn for this issue. Whatever that is im not sure.
