    @JeepCares…after months of dealing with the radio not working..no sound, blue tooth, etc. My brand new car sitting at the dealership for over a month. Star report finally being done waiting for a BRAND new radio (not refurbished)..I get it installed thinking after all of these months...

    I’m having the same issue, except the dealer keeps making me bring the car into the shop. I stay for hours with the same result…nothing working. They are telling me I have to wait for a new update coming at the end of the month. This started 2 weeks ago. Very frustrating!

    There is an update that has to be done or else it could happen again. Service peeps said the update irons out some issues with blue tooth and CarPlay.

    Issues with L

    Anyone having CarPlay issues? Back seat broken. Head rest do not go down without using button on vehicle controls…garage door opener unable to be programmed. I haven’t had this car a month and it’s been in the service department twice.
