Super frustrated right now. I again contacted jeep customer service to be told the same answer yet again— and it’s getting old. How long does it take to “inspect“ a car? No ETA, no ship date, no more information. I’m told it has been “escalated“ up the chain which means nothing if I can’t get answers from anybody. We scheduled a very big family vacation for mid July specifically designed around this vehicle. At this point I have to start thinking about canceling hotels, etc. or finding another vehicle to purchase as the car currently own cannot make the trip.
If this is Jeep’s idea customer service, I am wholly unimpressed.
