Almost four months to get a new radio???
My local dealership has determined that my audio issues (no sound from any source including hands free calling) requires a new radio. They’ve ordered on not through normal parts channels but Chrysler Engineering. The dealership says it won’t arrive until April 20. This was a week ago. I...- spencerm

Grand Cherokee L radio not playing
Just found this forum. All audio in my GCL died in early December. Local dealer tried replacing the amp. No change. Checked wiring…still no fix. Dealer said they needed to order a new radio…but it won’t arrive until April 20th. April 20th!!!! No Bluetooth calling, no navigation audio, no...- spencerm
