I got my floor mats from them as well, free/fast shipping and everything looks great.

I've been pretty pleased with the mopar floormats, they definitely make the car look more finished.

I had the same issue. had to call in to to connected services, got pushed to their IT, and after about 4 days they called me saying to check because everything was green on their end now and it's all resolved.

I have and it was a handful of TCM updates and they ordered the rear latch, seems to be the common denominator here.
