Piano black is just a shiny piece of plastic which can easily be vinyl wrapped in matte black or even carbon fiber or wood trim. It’s a very simple DIY thing but even if getting it done professionally we are talking no more than couple of 100’s at most.

You can simply plasti dip them black with a can of Black Plasti Dip. It’s durable and peel able.
