To add a resolution to this. It was 2 things, first exhaust shield under the passengers side that was rattling against the bottom of the body. The second piece was a missing exhaust hanger bolt causing the entire exhaust system to flex more then it is supposed to creating the audible vibration...

Every time I hand calculate mine, the computer seems to be half glass empty and its always higher by hand by 1-2 MPG. also a half tank fills 14 gallons on a 23 gallon tank. Just not trusting the computer.
