To be honest It hasn't done it now since I posted this (probably 10,000 miles later or so). It did it a handul of times in the first 5000 miles and now seems to have stopped. Not worth it for me to bring it in at this point since even when it did (rarely) happen, it was gone by the next engine...
In my 5500 miles or so with my 2022 Grand Cherokee L Overland, i have noticed a trend. I get the "SERV 4WD System" only if the car was remote started and then driven for a while. (maybe 10+ miles) It seems repeatable to some extent. I have never gotten this alarm without remote starting...
well I thought I was one of the lucky ones but I guess not. 1000 miles on the clock and no issues. Right at 1035 miles I get the dreaded "Service 4WD System". restarted the car and it cleared. What have you guys done in regards to this problem? I read somewhere that there is a TSB on this but...
i just got an update over the air today. not sure if it was this one or not. i saw a message through the window when i got out of the car saying do u want to update? i ignored it and locked the car and left. next time i got in it said it has been updated.
Have noticed a strange behavior with the new GCL where if I am sitting in the Jeep and it is completely off for like 5 min or so, and then i exit the vehicle, the alarm goes off. I noticed this when pumping gas. I put the gas pump in, and got back in my car while it pumped since it was cold...
